Rockefeller Avenue from Pacific Avenue to the center line of 33rd ; Street, ,by grading to proper grade, removal of old lumber, construct- 2 ion of 28 foot pavement, construction of concrete curbs, making necessary water main changes,, installation of necessary drainage, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement , 5 , all in accordance with Resolution No. 3023 of the City of Everett 6 and also providing for the improvement of Rockefeller Avenue 7 from Hewitt Avenue to Pacific Avenue by removal Of old lumber, 8 grading to proper grade, construction of concrete curbs, also 9 by construction of two 18 foot strips of pavement next to the 10 curb from Wall to Pacific and construction. of a pavement full 11 width between curbs, from Wall to Hewitt ; Wall Street intersection 12 to be paved full width between property lines; also making water 13 main changes, installation of necessary drainage, and doing all ! 14 other work in the entire district necessary to make a complete 15 improvement in accordance with a majority petition therefor, 16 creating an assessment district, creating a Local Improvement 17 District Fund therefor, providing that said improvement be made by 18 special assessment upon the property in said district by the meth 19 I of payment by bonds, 20 Whereas, a majority petition of the property owners 21 on Rockefeller Avenue from Hewitt Avenue to Pacific Avenue has 22 heretofore been filed with the Commissioner of Public Works 23 petitioning for the above described improvement, and, 24 Whereas, by Resolution No.3O23 of the City of 25 Everett, the City Council has declared its intention to order 26 the improvement of Rockefeller Avenue from Pacific Avenue to the 27 center line of 33rd Street in accordance with plans and specifications 28 prepared by the City Engineer, and, 29 30 31
