Wood studs to be minimum #3 standard or stud grade. 20 wall studs at 16"oc is <br /> acceptable. <br /> c. OSB shall be a structural panel per ANSI A208.1 <br /> 3. Fasteners shall be selected from Table R602.3(1) or R602.3(2). <br /> 4. Fasten OSB per Table R602.3(3) <br /> 5. Top plate splicing per Table R602.3.2 <br /> 6.
