Additional comments may be <br /> issued by the Public Works, Planning, and Fire departments. <br /> Code citations provided in the following review comments reference the Everett Municipal Code (EMC), the <br /> 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2018 International Building Code (IBC), and the 2018 Washington <br /> State Energy Code (WSEC). Amendments to the adopted building codes by Washington Administrative Code <br /> (WAC) Title 51 are incorporated into the referenced code citations. Citations provided in the comments <br /> reference the IRC unless noted otherwise. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br /> Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project for <br /> compliance with the adopted building codes.
