<br />1. "Comply with 201.5 IRC and all applicable codes and ordinances of the local
<br />jurisdiction and the State of Washington.

<br />3. Verify all rough -in dimensions for equipment provided in this contract or
<br />by others. All rough -ins shall be approved and fireblocking shall be
