ORDINANCE NO. _ An ordinance providing for the improvement of Norton Avenue extension from a point near the north line of the Robinson Manufacturing Company' s property, north to the south line of Four- teenth Street Dock, and the Fourteenth Street Dock from the east line of, Norton Avenue extension to a point ten hundred seventytwo (1072) feet west, by the complete reconstruction of pile trestle and roadway therein, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith in accordance with resolution No. 2377 of the city of Everett, creating an assessment district, creating a local improvement district fund therefor, providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon the property in said district under the mode of "Payment by Bonds". WHEREAS, by 4esolution No. 2377 of the city of Everett, the city council of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement of Norton Avenue extension from a point near the north line of Robinson Manufacturing Company's property north to the south line of the Fourteenth Street Dock, and the Fourteenth Street Dock from the east line of Norton Avenue extension to a point ten hundred seventy-twp (1072) feet west, in accordance with plans prepared by the city engineer, NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 11 That Norton Avenue extension from a point near the north line of the Robinson manufacturing Company' s property north to the south line of the Fourteenth Street Dock, and the Fourteenth Street Dock from the east line of Norton Avenue' extension to a point ten hundred seventytwo (1072) feet west, be improved by complete re- construction of pile trestle and roadway therein, and all other work in connection therewith, such improvement to be made according to plans and specifications prepared under the direction of the city engineer and now on file in the office of the city engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved,
