ORDINANCA NO. 1 63 <br /> An ordinance proposing to' the voters of the city of <br /> â–ºverett, Washington, that the city of Averett acquire the water <br /> system now used for the purpose of supplying the city of Averett and <br /> the inhabitants thereof with water, and all property and rights of <br /> every kind used in connection with said water system as a part <br /> thereof, by purchase or condemnation, from the Averett Railway, Light <br /> & rater Company, a corporation, and all persons, associations and <br /> corporations having any right, title, interest or estate in or to <br /> said property, declaring the estimated cost thereof as nearly as may <br /> be, providing for the payment therefor by issuance of special water <br /> revenue fund bonds payable out of the revenues of such water system <br /> in the sum of one million one hundred thousand ($1,100,000) dollars, <br /> establishing a special fund for the payment of such special water <br /> revenue fund bonds , providing for the payment of a certain fixed sum <br /> yearly out of a fixed proportion of the gross revenues derived from <br /> said water system until the payment of said special water revenue <br /> fund bonds shall have been completed, and providing for the holding <br /> of a special election at which the qualified voters of the city, of <br /> Averett may vote for or against said proposition. <br /> WHHRAS, It is deemed advisable by the city council of <br /> the city of Averett that said city shall acquire, own and maintain <br /> the water system now used for the purpose of supplying the city <br /> of Averett and the inhabits ::thereof with water, and all property <br /> and rights of every kind used in connection said water system as <br /> a part thereof, for the purpose of supplying said city and the in- <br /> habitants thereof with water, in accordance with the laws of the <br /> state of Washington, <br />
