Section 3: Any parson offering for sale at public auction any clothing, boots , shoes, drygoods , or any goods, wares or merchan- dise not otherwise mentioned herein, shall be deemed an auctioneer of the first class, and shall pay a license fee of ten (510) dollars for any period of one week or less , or twenty-five (425) dollars for three months , or sixty ($60) dollars for six months. Persons offering for sale at public auction second hand household goods , live stock of any kind, carriages , wagons, farming utensils of any kind, shall be deemed auctioneers of the second class and shall pay a license fee of ten ($10) dollars for any period not exceeding one week, or twenty-five (425) dollars per annum. Section 4: In case a company is engaged in such business, it shall procure a license for each of its employees carrying on such business.
