• ORDINANCE NO. An ordinance providing for the establishment and chang- ing of the grades of Everett Avenue from Maple Street to Broadway, Pine Street from Twenty-sixth Street to California Street, and Cedar Street from Twenty-fifth Street to California Street, and approaches thereto, in conformity with such , established grades , and the con-, struction of the necessary slopes and retaining walls for cuts and fills , upon property abutting upon said streets; providing for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the property and property rights taken or damaged for said purposes, and providing the manner in which the cost and expense of such establishment and change of grades shall be made.
