<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 4166-26 <br /> <br />An ORDINANCE to amend and close a special improvement project entitled “Kiwanis Park <br />Renovations”, Fund 354, Program 090, as established by Ordinance No. 4004-24. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A. The special improvement project entitled “Kiwanis Park Renovations”, Fund 354, Program 090 <br />was established to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. <br /> <br />B. The purpose of the fund has been accomplished. <br /> <br />C. There are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be <br />received. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 4 of Ordinance 4004-24 which reads as follows: <br /> <br />The sum of $411,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 354, Program 090, Kiwanis Park <br />Renovations” project. <br /> <br />A. Use of Funds <br /> Construction and Related Costs $ 411,000 <br /> Total $ 411,000 <br /> <br />B. Source of Funds <br /> CIP 3 $ 336,000 <br /> Snohomish County Grant—REET 2 $ 75,000 <br /> Total $ 411,000 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
