ORDINANC. NO. \ A An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 292, for the improvement of Colby Avenue from the north line of Twenty-third Street to the north line of Twelfth Street, by removal of old lumber, sub-grading, construction of concrete curbs, cement gutters, cement walks, complete drainage system, paving on a suitable concrete base, raking and seeding of parks and parking strips, installation of fire hydrants , making old work conform to new; also Nineteenth Street from the east line of Rucker Avenue to the west line of Broadway, by removal of old lumber, grading, construction of concrete curbs, gutters, cement walks, raking and seeding of parking strips, making old work conform with new, under Ordinance No. 1525, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the issuance of said bonds.
