<br /> An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and
<br /> assessment roll of"Local Imlprovement District No. 293" , for the
<br /> improvement of Mukilteo Boulevard from the eastern terminus of the
<br /> county road known as the Mukilteo Highway on the west line of Section
<br /> 36, Township 29 North of Range 4 East, W. M. to the west line of
<br /> Federal Street; Federal Street from the south line of Mukilteo
<br /> Boulevard to the north line of Forty-second Street; Forty-second
<br /> Street from the east line of Federal Street to Grandview Avenue;
<br /> Grandview Avenue from Forty-second Street to Crescent Avenue;
<br /> Crescent Avenue from Grandview Avenue to the north line of Forty-first
<br /> Street, by clearing and grubbing, grading to proper grade, complete
<br /> construction of bridges., drainage system, and doing such other work
<br /> as may be necessary in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1526
<br /> as amended by Ordinance No. 1536 of the city of Everett, and levying
<br /> an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and
<br /> parcels of land as shown on said roll, and fixing a date for the
<br /> issuance of bonds.
<br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN:
<br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of
<br /> "Local Improvement District No. 293" for the improvement of Mukilteo
<br /> Boulevard from the eastern terminus of the county road known as the
<br /> Mukilteo Highway on the west line of Section 36, Township 29 North of
<br /> Range 4 East, W.M. to the west line of Federal Street; Federal Street
<br /> from the south line of Mukilteo Boulevard to the north line of
<br /> Forty-second Street; Forty-second Street from the east line of
<br /> Federal Street to Grandview Avenue; Grandview Avenue from Forty-second
<br /> Street to Crescent Avenue; Crescent Avenue from Grandview Avenue to
<br /> the north line of Forty-first Street, by clearing and grubbing, grad-
<br /> ing to proper grade, complete construction of bridges, drainage
<br /> system, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection
