An ordinance providing for the sale by the city of Everett of lot 19 and that portion of lot 20 north of the south line of block 13 of Ready Land Company' s First Addition to the city of Everett produced to the west line of Walnut Street, in block 450; lots 29 to 32 inclusive; lots 23 to 26 inclusive; and lots 17 to 19 inclusive in block 413; and the south 20 feet of lot 18; the north 14 feet of lot 17; the south 6 feet of lot 22; the north 13 feet of lot 20, of block 413, all in St. -Ticholas Addition to the city of Everett; providing the manner of selling said property and authorizing the proper officers to execute deeds to said proper- ty, and declaring an emergency. .`.IEREAS , by reason of the location and size of the above described lots, the city of Everett is unable to derive any benefit from said lots, and it is to the best interests of said city that said lots be sold, NOW THARx FORA, THE CITY OF EV R TT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the following described property owned by the city of Everett and situate in said city, to-wit: lot 19 and that portion of lot 20 north of the south line of block 13 of Ready Land Company' s First Addition produced to the west line of t"alnut Street in block 450; lots 29 to 32 inclusive; lots 23 to 26 inclusive; and lots 17 to 19 inclusive in block 413; the south 20 feet of lot 28, the north 14 feet of lot 27, _ the south 6 feet of lot 22, and the north 13 feet of lot 20 in block 413, all in 't.
