1 <br /> <br />LICENSE TO USE HISTORIC FIRE STATION NO. 4 <br /> <br /> This License to Use Historic Fire Station No. 4 (“License”) is made as of the Effective Date <br />in Part A below and is between the City of Everett, a Washington municipal corporation (the <br />“City”), and the person identified as Licensee in Part A below (“Licensee”). In consideration of <br />the covenants, terms and conditions set forth below, and for good and valuable consideration, <br />the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the City and Licensee agree as <br />follows: <br />A. SPECIFIC LICENSE PROVISIONS <br />The following definitions and provisions apply and are part of this License: <br />Licensee <br />Everett Firefighters Association (“EFFA”) <br />PO Box 2203 <br />Everett, WA 98213 <br />mwisler@everettwa.gov <br />Effective Date May 1, 2026 <br />Term 25 years, starting on the Effective Date <br />Licensed <br />Property <br />Two buildings and the open area immediately to the north and west of the <br />building footprints as shown in Exhibit A to this License. <br />Approved Use Everett Fire Department historic preservation, education and related <br />activities. <br />City Notice <br />Address <br />Real Property Manager <br />City of Everett <br />802 E. Mukilteo Blvd., Bldg. 100 <br />Everett, WA 98203 <br />Additional <br />Provisions <br />Licensee will maintain the buildings, constructed in 1948, in the same or <br />better condition. <br /> <br />There are irrigation controls in the main fire station building. City Parks <br />staff will always have access to those controls for replacement, <br />maintenance and operation. <br /> <br />Licensee will reimburse cost of utilities (electric, water and sewer) to City. <br /> <br />Licensee may install an updated security and fire detection system. <br />
