4, <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5642 <br /> A RESOLUTION confirming expenses incurred by the City of Everett while <br /> performing abatement of violations, and authorizing placement of a lien against the <br /> property known as 4511 Colby Avenue, parcel number 00 4078 011 010 00 in the amount <br /> of$17,272.10. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett Department of Code Compliance performed an <br /> inspection at 4511 Colby Avenue, ("the subject property"), the legal description of which <br /> is as follows: <br /> CENTRAL PARK ADD TO EVERETT BLK 011 D-00—LOTS 10-11-12 LESS ST <br /> PLUS VAC ALLEY BLK 11 <br /> and found it necessary to pursue issuance of an Administrative Search Warrant from <br /> Superior Court for conditions existed that were in violation of the Everett Municipal <br /> Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, Superior Court authorizes the City to enter all structures located at <br /> 4511 Colby Avenue for the purpose of inspecting the same for violations of the Everett <br /> Municipal Code, photographing the same, and taking samples as necessary to test for the <br /> presence of hazardous/bio materials; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City inspects the inside of the structures and outer property; and <br />
