OW <br /> gf <br /> E'L ?ETT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2002-94 <br /> AN ORDINANCE relating to minors and liquor, amending section <br /> 88 of Ordinance No. 1145-85, as amended by section 1 of <br /> Ordinance No. 1630-89 (EMC 10.74.060 Liquor - Supplying to <br /> Minor - Possession or consumption by minor). <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 : Section 88 of Ordinance No. 1145-85, as amended by <br /> section 1 of Ordinance No. 1630-89 (EMC 10.74.060), which reads as <br /> follows: <br /> Liquor - Supplying to Minor - Possession or consumption by minor. <br /> A. It is a misdemeanor for any person to give or otherwise supply <br /> liquor to any person under the age of twenty-one years, or permit <br /> any person under that age to consume liquor on his premises or <br /> on any premises under his control. <br /> B. It is a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than one <br /> thousand dollars, for any person under the age of twenty-one <br /> years, to acquire, drink, consume or possess liquor, or to have <br /> consumed liquor and be or remain within the city limits of Everett. <br /> C. The provisions of this section shall not apply in the case of <br /> liquor given or permitted to be given to a person under the age of <br /> twenty-one years by his or her parent or guardian for beverage or <br /> medicinal purposes, or administered to him or her by his or her <br /> physician or dentist for medicinal purposes, or when such liquor is <br /> used in connection with religious services. <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Liquor - Supplying to Minor - Possession or consumption by minor. <br /> A.
