• <br /> • <br /> CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br /> 1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. c O <br /> 2 <br /> 3 A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett, Washington, declaring its intention to order <br /> 4 the installation of a sanitary sewer system along 7th <br /> Avenue S . E . and intersecting side streets within the <br /> 5 City and to create a local improvement district to <br /> assess the cost and expense of carrying out such <br /> 6 improvements against the properties specially <br /> benefited thereby; and notifying all persons who <br /> 7 desire to object to the improvements to appear and <br /> present their objections at a hearing before the City <br /> 8 Council to be held on August 30 , 1989 . <br /> 9 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT, <br /> 10 WASHINGTON, as follows : <br /> 11 Section 1 . It is the intention of the City Council of the <br /> 12 City of Everett, Washington (the "City" ) , based on a property <br /> 13 owners ' petition therefor , to order the improvement of the <br /> 14 properties within the area described in Exhibit A, attached <br /> 15 hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, by the <br /> 16 construction and installation of a sanitary sewer system <br /> 17 described in Exhibit B, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> 18 made a part hereof . <br /> 19 All of the foregoing improvements shall be in accordance <br /> 20 with the plans and specifications therefor prepared by the City <br /> 21 Engineer and may be modified by the City as long as such <br /> 22 modification does not affect the purpose of the improvement . <br /> 23 Section 2 . The total estimated cost and expense of the <br /> 24 improvements is declared to be $977 ,200 , approximately 60 <br /> 25 <br />
