• ORDINANCE NO. 1735-90 AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of 1st Place West, east of 100th Street S.W. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, did by Resolution No. 3294 , duly adopt and fix the 11th day of April, 1990, at 8:30 a.m. , as the date of public hearing; and WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and determination of said resolution has been given by the City Clerk in the manner prescribed by law; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing, favorable statements and objections to the vacating of the herein described street were heard and discussed; and WHEREAS, it now appears to the City Council of the City of Everett that the said street resolved to be vacated should be vacated pursuant to the terms and conditions of this ordinance: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the following described right-of-way: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Northeast one-quarter (1/4) of the Northwest one-quarter (1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter (1/4) of Section 24, Township 28 North, Range 4 East, W.M. : thence North 89 degrees 57 minutes 22 seconds East along the North line of said subdivision for 170.00 feet to the Northwest Corner of said 1st Place West and the point of beginning; thence continue North 89 degrees 57 minutes 22 seconds East for 80.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 05 minutes 54 seconds East for 150.31 feet; thence South 89 degrees 57 minutes 22 seconds West for 51.05 feet; thence North 29 degrees 58 minutes 59 seconds West to become tangent to a curve to the left having a radius of 330.00 feet, a central angle of 9 degrees 07 minutes 39 seconds for an arc length of 52.57 feet; thence North 00 degrees 05 minutes 54 seconds West for 106.52 feet to the point of beginning; and the same is hereby vacated pursuant to the conditions set forth in this ordinance. be and the same is hereby vacated pursuant to the conditions set forth in this ordinance.
