ORDINANCE NO . 27‘42 -,/ AN ORDINANCE amending Section 3 and 6 of Ordinance No . 611 -79 as amended by Ordinance Nos . 686-80 and 708-80, creating a special design and construction fund en- titled " Evergreen Way Signalization , et al, Fund 328 " , and increasing the expenditure required for this project . NOW , THEREFORE , THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : SECTION 1 : That Section 3 and 6 of Ordinance No . 708-80, which reads as follows : SECTION 3 : The total estimated cost of the improvements herein authorized is $270, 645 which shall include all cost of the design , plans , specifications , construction and associated costs . SECTION 6 : The sum of $270, 645 be appropriated to Fund 328 Evergreen Way Signals , et al , for the purposes of performing pre- liminary engineering and purchase of traffic control system hardware for the Evergreen/Casino Road/SR 526 Ramp inter- sections as follows : a .
