It is noted on drawing K-1.1 that this wall be removed. <br />3. The new walls should be identified on the plans. Section 107.2.1. <br />Drawing K-1 has been updated to identify the new walls to be constructed. <br />4. The primary function area is an alteration per IEBC Section 410.6. The route to <br />the primary function area (including toilet facilities, parking and entry doors) <br />should either meet or be upgraded to the current code requirements. Note that <br />only up to an additional 20% of the costs of the alterations need be applied to <br />accessible upgrades. IEBC Section. 410.7. <br />Per the 2015 International Building Code, Chapter 11, the following key provisions <br />have been addressed and noted on the drawings, where appropriate: <br />1104.1 Site Arrival Point, at least one accessible route. <br />At the corner of Beverly Blvd and Casino Road, the sidewalk curbs are accessible <br />with the sidewalk in front of the building accessible to the front door and the south <br />door. <br />1105.1 Public entrances, public entrances shall be accessible. <br />Both the front door and south door are accessible with accessible thresholds. <br />1106.1 Parking and passenger loading facilities <br />There is no parking provided on the site. There is parking on Beverly Blvd. <br />1108.3.9 Special Occupany, Dining and drinking areas, floors accessible <br />The entry doors, dining area, bathrooms are all on one floor and are accessible. <br />1108.2.9.1 Special Occupany, Dining and drinking areas, Dining surfaces <br />Several of the dining surfaces will be accessible, as noted on the drawing K-1. <br />
