Failure to comply with this requirement may render the Bid non- <br /> responsive and may cause rejection. <br /> This Addendum No.3 consist of 5 pages, including all revisions, attachments. <br /> ' SPECIFICATIONS, PROPOSAL AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br /> ITEM 1—General Note C on A1.11 requires sealing around all penetrations at fire rated walls. Is <br /> ' this just for new piping or does this include any existing piping that does not currently have <br /> firestopping? <br /> Response: There are no fire-rated walls. The note is not required for this project. <br /> ITEM 2—General Note D on A1.11 states "Restripe existing parking lines and stall numbers on <br /> ' all above grade levels". The Summary of Work (01 1100, A) states to only stripe the top deck. <br /> Please verify which is correct. <br /> ' Response: Parking stripes, including stall numbers, are to be repainted at the upper deck. <br /> Existing striping and stall numbers are to remain at other levels. <br /> ' ITEM 3—The General Structural Notes, under FRP MATERIALS, requires that raw samples and <br /> MSDS of all materials used in the FRP system are submitted to Evergreen State College for <br /> review and approval prior to construction. Is this review of the materials considered part of the <br /> ' construction schedule? How long will this review take? Is the owner responsible for the costs? <br /> Page 1 of 5 <br />
