This Specification <br /> does not apply to this project. <br /> ' ITEM 22— In reference to the coating on the 4th deck. Will there be an allowance for any <br /> unseen cracks that need to be "route and sealed"? <br /> ' Response: Existing coating can remain in-place where it is found to be a sound substrate for the <br /> new coating. This is anticipated to reduce the need to address concrete cracks, as the concrete <br /> 1 surface may not be exposed at many areas. Exposed cracks greater than 1/16-inches should be <br /> routed to'/-inches and a bond-breaker provided per the coating manufacturer's <br /> ' recommendations. Contractor will submit proposed change order for any unforeseen <br /> conditions or changes identified during construction and will be reviewed and approved by <br /> Consultant and Owner as a change order,see Specification 00 7200, section 6 Changes. <br /> ' ITEM 23— Note the following corrections to Specification 01 2500—SUBSTITUION <br /> PROCEDURES: PART 1—SUBSTITUIONS, Section 1.7, C.
