SUBSTATIONS 11-1 AND 11-2 SECTION 26 11 16 <br /> PROJECT#22349762 SECONDARY UNIT SUBSTATIONS <br /> BOEING - EVERETT SITE SERVICES <br /> The drawing must conform to the spacing requirements elucidated on the plan <br /> drawings included with the bid package, include the weights of the various <br /> components of the substation, and depict the conduit entrances provided. <br /> c. Provide transformer nameplate data, rating of each winding, phase relation of each <br /> winding, cooling method used to achieve each rating, temperature rise, BIL, <br /> impedance, X/R, guaranteed maximum sound levels, liquid volume (if applicable), <br /> and guaranteed voltage regulation table. <br /> E. Submittals Required Prior to Manufacturing: <br /> 1. Prior to manufacture of equipment, manufac�urer shall provide submittals for approval <br /> by Boeing Engineer. Submittals shall be provided as complete sets and shall be <br /> neatly bound under a single cover and properly indexed. Three (3) complete sets <br /> shall be provided. One (1) set will be returned with appropriate comments. Owner <br /> shall have 15 calendar days after receipt of submittals to review and return them to <br /> the manufacturer. <br /> 2. If modifications to the submittals are necessary, manufacturer shall have 15 calendar <br /> days to revise and resubmit the drawings. The Owner shall have an additional 15 <br /> calendar days to review and return them to the manufacturer, for each subsequent <br /> review required. The submittal shall contain at minimum the following. <br /> a. Bill of material, catalog cut sheets and manufacturers standard literature <br /> describing the equipment,components, options, and auxiliary devices. <br /> b. Equipment technical data, including all ratings, performance characteristics, and <br /> efficiency. <br /> c. Dimensioned outline drawings (front, rear, top, side views) of equipment with <br /> installed weights, center of gravity and weight of each shipping article. Final <br /> weights and center of gravity of the equipment when installed. <br /> d. Locations of main power bus entries, mounting details, conduit locations for <br /> auxiliary equipment, and locations for mechanical service interface points. <br /> Identify clear spaces required for maintenance around the equipment. Identify <br /> conduit entrance locations and sizes. <br /> e. One-line, three-line, and schematic wiring diagrams for the main power circuits, <br /> and auxiliary equipment. <br /> f. Instructions for handling and installation. Foundation loading diagram. <br /> g. Nameplate legends. <br /> F. Submittal Required With Delivery: <br /> a. Provide three copies of the Operating and Maintenance Manual. <br /> b. Provide three copies of Test Reports. <br /> c. Provide one set of certified, as-built drawings on compact disk. <br /> d. Shop drawings shall be provided to Boeing on AutoCAD Version 2008. <br /> e. Provide written safety procedure for operating, maintaining, and repairing the <br /> equipment. <br /> f. Provide material safety data sheets (MSDS)for all applicable substances. <br /> 1.04 QUALIFICATIONS <br /> A. The following manufacturers are acceptable. <br /> 1.
