Comments w/corrections 1.Detail 3a/A4.2 shows fire-rating treatment at the floor to wall intersection. The detail appears to be for a one-hour wall however and the project requires a two-hour wall assembly. Section R302.2 a) Detail 3a/A4.2 has been revised to reflect the requirement of a 2-Hr wall assembly 2.The roof of the upper unit at the building offset (two-hour wall) is shown to be less than 30" above the lower roof. The wall continuing above the lower unit to the underside of the roof of the upper unit should be shown to be of not less than one-hour construction (5/8" gyp sheathing should be shown on exterior side of the attic wall at the step roof condition).
