• <br /> either <br /> 1. Easements shall be provided for drainage purposes covering <br /> both ditches and pipes; the width of such easements shall be <br /> at least ten feet. Easements shall be provided for all drainage <br /> channels that may be used. <br /> 2. Where it is deemed necessary by the City Engineer, adequate <br /> slope easements, adjacent to streets or alley rights-of-way, <br /> shall be provided and such slope easements shall be shown on <br /> the final plat. <br /> C. Requirements of the Proposed Plat: <br /> 1. The proposed plat shall be prepared by a registered professional <br /> engineer or land surveyor. Six copies of the proposed plat are <br /> required. When submitted, there shall be a written application, <br /> addressed to the Planning Commission, requesting tentative <br /> approval of the proposed plat and this application shall be <br /> attached to the proposed plat. <br /> 2. A vicinity sketch at a scale between 400 and 800 feet to the inch <br /> shall accompany the proposed plat. The vicinity sketch shall <br /> show the boundary lines of all adjacent parcels, with the names <br /> of •owners of record of such parcels, together with the last <br /> known address of such named record title holder. <br /> 3. Horizontal scale of the proposed plat shall be 100 or less feet <br /> to the inch, and the vertical scale of street and sewer profiles <br /> shall be at least 10 feet or less to the inch. <br /> 4. The proposed plat, subdivision, or dedication shall clearly <br /> show the following features and information on one or more <br /> maps or drawings: <br /> a. The name of the proposed plat, subdivision, or dedication; <br /> b. The name(s) of the subdivider(s) and surveyor and/or engineer; <br /> c. The tract designation of the proposed plat, subdivision, or <br /> dedication as shown in the files and records of the Snohomish <br /> County Auditor; <br /> d. The names and addresses of the owners of record of <br /> property contiguous to the proposed plat and within 300 feet <br /> of the property lines of the land covered by the proposed <br /> plat; <br /> e. Monuments and markers of record; <br /> (9) <br />
