• <br /> f. The boundary lines, accurate and to scale, of the tract <br /> to be subdivided; <br /> g. Location, width, and names of all existing or platted streets <br /> or other public ways within the proposed development and <br /> other important features, such as permanent buildings, <br /> water courses, power lines, telephone lines, railroad lines, <br /> municipal boundaries, township lines, and section lines; <br /> h. The location, pipe types, sizes and grades of all existing <br /> sewers, water mains, culverts, electrical conduits, <br /> telephone conduits, and other underground installations <br /> within the tract and immediately adjacent thereto, as far <br /> as can be determined; <br /> i. Contours with intervals of five feet or less referenced to <br /> datum acceptable to the City Engineer; <br /> j. The layout of the proposed street right-of-way lines, lot <br /> lines, alley and easement lines, including all approximate <br /> dimensions; <br /> k. The profile and tentative grades of each street; <br /> 1. All parcels of land intended to be dedicated or temporarily <br /> reserved for public use or to be reserved in the deeds for <br /> the common use of property owners of the subdivision with <br /> the purpose, conditions, or limitations of such reservations <br /> clearly indicated; <br /> m. The date, scale, and true North point. <br /> The subdivider, his agent, or engineer are permitted to combine <br /> any of the above maps and drawings so as to show the proposed <br /> development clearly and expedite the planning of the proposed <br /> plat, subdivision, or dedication. <br /> D. Minimum Standards for Installing Improvements: <br /> The City Engineer shall prepare minimum installation materials, <br /> design, and construction standards appropriate to the locality, <br /> topography, soil conditions and geology of the area in which the <br /> proposed plat is to be developed and improved. Said standards <br /> shall be made available to the subdividers or his surveyor ten days <br /> after the receipt of the proposed plat by the City Engineer. <br /> (10) <br />
