All such underground installations orsystems shall be • <br /> • <br /> approved by the appropriate utility company and shall <br /> adhere to all governing regulations including but not <br /> limited to the city and state applicable regulations and <br /> specific requirements of the appropriate utility. <br /> If the appropriate utility company determines that an <br /> underground system as proposed above cannot reasonably <br /> be installed according to accepted engineering practices, this <br /> requirement shall be waived upon receipt of a written notice <br /> from said utility to the Planning Commission setting forth <br /> said findings. <br /> All utility easements within a proposed plat shall be approved <br /> by the appropriate utility company before final acceptance of <br /> the plat and shall be shown in their exact location on the final <br /> drawing of said plat. <br /> Nothing in this Section or any other Section of this Ordinance <br /> in relation to underground wiring shall apply to power lines <br /> carrying a voltage of 15 KV or more, nor shall it be construed <br /> to prohibit the placement of pad-mounted transformers, terminal <br /> pedestals or other electrical and communications devices above <br /> ground, as determined by the appropriate utility involved. <br /> j. In the event that there are specific conditions which make a <br /> variation from these minimum standards desirable or necessary, <br /> a request for such variation shall be made as apecified in Section 8. <br /> 2. When the subdivider installs pavement, curbs, sidewalks, sanitary <br /> sewers, storm sewers, electrical utilities, and other inprovements, <br /> all such improvements shall be carried out according to the general <br /> design and installation standards approved by the City Engineer and all <br /> plans must be approved by the City Engineer before ai nstruction <br /> starts. Construction-work to• be inspected by the City En,gineer.,• the <br /> inspection cost to be paid by the developer. <br /> E. Requirements of the final Plat: <br /> The map of the final plat, subdivision, or dedication shall be submitted <br /> to the City Council or its authorized administrator in the form herewith <br /> prescribed: <br /> 1. All documents, maps, and survey notes shall contain the name of <br /> the subdivision, the name(s) of the subdivider(s), and the name of the <br /> registered land surveyors responsible to the subdivider(s). <br /> a. The final plat submitted shall be on tracing cloth and have a trimmed <br /> size of 18" x 22". <br /> 3. The final plat shall clearly show the following information: <br /> a. The names and boundary lines of all rights-of-way of <br /> public streets, all parks, playgrounds, and easements contained <br /> in the plat, subdivision, or dedication, and shall contain thereon, <br /> (13) <br />
