• <br /> SECTION 6. Authorized Administrator. <br /> The authorized administrator . this ordinance shall be the City <br /> Engineer and he is delegated the administrative responsibilities <br /> contained herein. <br /> SECTION 7. Procedures, Standards, and Requirements. <br /> In the processing of plats, subdivisions, and dedications, the <br /> following procedures, standards, and requirements shall be complied <br /> with : <br /> A. Administrative Procedure: <br /> 1. The subdivider shall consult with the City Engineer and the <br /> Planning Director while the plat is still in sketch form. <br /> 2. The Proposed Plat (6 copies) and an application for Tentative <br /> Approval shall be prepared by the subdivider in accordance with <br /> the Requirements of the Proposed Plat. <br /> 3. The proposed plat and the application shall be submitted by the <br /> subdivider to the City Engineer at least thirty (30) days prior <br /> to the initial hearing, accompanied by a receipt from the City <br /> Treasurer indicating that the filing fee as per the following <br /> schedule has been paid. The filing fee shall be $5. 00 per lot <br /> for the first 25 lots; the next 25 lots, $3. 00 per lot; the re- <br /> maining lots in the proposed plat shall be $2. 00 per lot for <br /> a total maximum fee of $300. 00. <br /> 4. The City Engineer shall affix to the application a file number <br /> and the date it is received, and notify the Planning Director of <br /> the application. <br /> 5. Whenever any proposed plat is submitted to the City, the City <br /> Engineer shall at once cause, at the expense of the person <br /> proposing such plat, not less than three notices of a hearing <br /> thereof to be posted in conspicuous places, on or adjacent to <br /> the land proposed to be so platted or subdivided, giving notice <br /> to the time and place where such hearing is to be held, which <br /> notices shall be posted not less than seven days prior to the <br /> hearing thereof. <br /> 6. The Planning Director shall send by U.S. Mail, an announce- <br /> ment of the public hearing at least two weeks prior to the time <br /> of the public hearing to the owners, occupants, or persons <br /> residing thereon, of all contiguous properties within a dis- <br /> tance of 300 feet from any line of the proposed plat, subdivision, <br /> or dedication. <br /> (3) <br />
