7. The City Engineer shall retain two copies of the proposed plat <br /> and submit one copy to all other appropriate city departments, <br /> including the Snohomish Health District. These shall be <br /> accompanied with the date :,.he hearing. <br /> 8. The heads of the aforesaid appropriate city departments shall <br /> make written recommendations regarding the proposed plat and <br /> these shall be sent to the City Engineer within a period of ten <br /> days from the day of receipt of the application. The City <br /> Engineer shall prepare a compilation of these recommendations <br /> and submit it to the Planning Director ten (10) days prior to the <br /> public hearing. <br /> 9. At the hearing, the Planning Commission shall review the pro- <br /> posed plat for conformity thereof to this subdivision ordinance <br /> and the Comprehensive Plan and shall either tentatively approve <br /> or withhold tentative approval of the proposed plat. This action <br /> must take place within sixty (60) days after the City Engineer has <br /> received the application and the proposed plat. <br /> 10. If approval is withheld, a copy of the proposed plat, together with <br /> a list of suggested modifications prepared in accordance with this <br /> subdivision ordinance, shall be retained in the files of the City <br /> Engineer, and a copy thereof shall be returned to the subdivider. <br /> 11. If the proposed plat received tentative approval by the Planning <br /> Commission, the subdivider, before requesting final approval, <br /> shall elect by a written statement to carry out the minimum <br /> improvements, within one year after the receipt of tentative <br /> approval by one of the following methods. <br /> a. By furnishing the City of Everett with a performance bond <br /> satisfactory to the City Attorney, in which assurance is <br /> given the City that the installation of the minimum improve- <br /> ments will be carried out as provided in these regulations <br /> and under the supervision of the City Engineer. The amount <br /> of the performance bond shall be determined by the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> b. By actually installing the minimum improvements in accord- <br /> ance with the provisions of these regulations, as provided by <br /> the local improvement district laws of the State of Washington, <br /> and the City Council of Everett, and in accordance with the <br /> installation requirements and under the supervision of the <br /> City Engineer. <br /> c. By actual installation of improvements in accordance with <br /> the provisions of these regulations and in accordance with <br /> the installation requirements and under the supervision <br /> of the City Engineer. <br /> (4) <br />
