' 12. The Tentative Approval of a proposed plat shall be effective • <br /> for one year, unless extended by the Planning Commission for <br /> a period not to exceed one year. <br /> 13. After receiving tentative approval of the proposed plat and after <br /> indicating the method for carrying out minimum improvements, <br /> the subdivider may then make application for such permits from <br /> the local officers, officials, and authorities as are necessary <br /> to proceed with the installation of the right-of-way improvements. <br /> 14. In the event the developer elects to improve the rights-of-way <br /> with out furnishing a performance bond, he shall not apply for <br /> final approval until all required improvements have been installed. <br /> 15. All taxes on the property platted must be paid for one year in <br /> advance and indicated by the Seal and Signature of the Snohomish <br /> County Treasurer on the face of the final plat. <br /> 16. The subdivider shall submit the final plat and an application for <br /> final approval to the City Engineer accompanied with evidence <br /> that the required taxes have been paid. The final plat shall be <br /> on tracing cloth and have a trimmed size of 18" x 22". <br /> 17. The final plat shall be received by the City Engineer who shall <br /> date its receipt, check the plat for accuracy, conformance to <br /> the proposed plat, and conformance to these Subdivision <br /> Regulations. The City Engineer shall then notify the Planning <br /> Director of his final approval. <br /> 18. The final plat shall be transmitted to the Planning Commission <br /> Chairman for his signature, then to the City Council for final <br /> approval. If the final plat abides by this Subdivision Ordinance <br /> and conforms to the proposed plat as tentatively approved, the <br /> Council shall give final approval to the plat. Final approval by <br /> the Council indicates acceptance of all dedications contained <br /> within the plat. This action must be taken within sixty (60) days <br /> of the receipt of the final plat. <br /> 19. After final approval by the City Council, the approved copy shall <br /> go to the County Auditor of Snohomish County for filing. After <br /> the County Auditor has received and filed for record the final <br /> plat, it shall be known as an authorized plat as provided in <br /> Ch, 186, Sec. 7, Laws, 1937, as hereafter amended.
