The facility will generate one <br />monthly ��ehicle trip for periodic maintenance. <br />Conclusioo: There will be no adverse tra�c impacts generated by the proposed use. <br />4. The provision of edequate off-street parkiog, on-site circulaHon, and site access. <br />Finding: The existing pavement on the south side of the building will be replaced with <br />the communication facility's equipment compound. There are 13 off-street pazking <br />spaces serving the existing retail business. <br />Conclusion: No additional oti=street pazking is required. <br />5. Compatibility of proposed structures and improvemeots with surrounding <br />properties, including t6e si7e, height, locstion, setbsck and arrangement of all <br />proposed buildings and faciliNes, especially as they rclate to Itght and ahadow <br />impacts on more sensitive land uses aod less inteosive zones. <br />Finding: The new 49-foot tall, wood pole will replace a 29-foot tall wood pole. At the <br />top of the pole will be three antennas approximately one-foot wide by six feet tall. 1'he <br />ar:'ennas will be brown to blend �n with the pole. Four 4-inch conduits will extend from <br />the base of the pole up to the three antennas. The communication facility's equipment <br />compound of four 6.5-foot tall cabinets will be screened with a six-foot high cedar fence <br />and vegetation. <br />Conclusion: T'he utility pole will Ue similar to other utility poles in the area. The <br />antennas should not be noticeable. The equipment compound will have no light or <br />shadow impacts on nearby properties. <br />6. The number, size and location of signs, especially as they relate to more seositive <br />land uses. <br />Fioding: Sign Category A applies. The business at this site has an existing sign on City <br />right-of-way and must bc removed. <br />Cooclusion: No new signs are proposed. <br />7. The landscaping, buffering and screening of buildings, parking, loadiog and storage <br />areas, especially as they relate to more sensitive land uses. <br />2 <br />Z/Y <br />
