Fire Resistance Ratings: <br />✓ 1. Per the requirements of the 2006 IBC the reclassification requested is as foilows: <br />Two story, non-separated used of Type III-A construction with fire sprinkler system thru <br />out. Occupancy types are B(Business) and A-3 (Religious Assembly with accessory <br />religious education use per IBC 508.3.1.3 exception.) <br />Exiting: <br />,1. A total of 3 exists are being provided from the second fioor. One exii is directly to the <br />exterior via a new metal stair system. Per 206 IBC section 1016 and tablP 1016.1 exit <br />access travel distance for B occupancy is 300'-0" with an approved sprinkler system. Also as <br />referenced in General item 1.h of you comment letter for the Paptistery and sound booth <br />permit. <br />,% 2. See full main floor plan. <br />,/3. Please reference letter provided by Church stating use of second floor and understanding of <br />elevator requirements as it relates to square footage maximums of 3000 square feet. <br />✓4.
