Please submit second tloorvGaming revisions in a complete second floor structural framing plan (with <br />details for connections) for issued permit I30801-047, accessory rcligious rooms on the first floor. <br />2. Please submit one complcte set of structural calculations for the second (loorvfnminq plan submitted for <br />issucd permit B0801-047 per (1.) abovc. <br />a. Calculations should include the total weight of the second floor dcad and livc loads, and the one-hour <br />fire-resistive floor cciling asscmbly. <br />b. The structural calculations for tl�e Gaming plans should include thc weight of the selected one-hour <br />assembly, with rivo layers of drywall on thc first floor cciling where required. <br />3. Additional structural c�lculations should be submit[ed for the esterior stair and the new penetrations in <br />tl�c 2"'� lloor sliear walls. <br />Architectural <br />1. Pleasc note on the secand Floor drawings that tlic corridor arca on the entire second (loor, outside of the <br />wall enclosurc for the new offices, is not to be �sed for storage or oCfices. If the second 11oor exceeds <br />3000 square Ceet, au elevator will be required, per 113C section 1104.4. <br />a. Gxception (1.) to IBC section 1104.4 limits the aggregatc area for storics and mezzanines above <br />accessible levcls to 3000 square fect. <br />b. Tl�e new offices on the sccond floor are almost 3000 square feet. We allowed the existing 424 <br />linenr foot corridor (formcrly a mezzaninc canvalk to access movie thcatre projectors) not ro bc <br />considercd aggregate arca if the corridor wns used only for circulation. <br />c.
