Please see revised structural and architectural plans. The overall Balcony dimension has <br />been modified to 21'-0" instead of the original 26'-0". <br />2. Engineer has provided calculations for the revised 121'-0" length beam. <br />3. See connection deiail to existing balcony provided by structural engineer. <br />4. The drain in the prefabricated Baptistery shall be plugged. There is no water or drain line <br />available in the Sanctuary. The Church is proposing to fill the Baptistery using a hose <br />connected to the Janitors sink and then pump the water out with a portable pump via hose <br />back to the janitors sink. <br />5. The height of the Baptistery is dimensioned as +32" AF� with the platform being + 21" AFF <br />with the Baptistery then being + 11" above the platform level. Access from the platform to <br />lhe Baptistery shall be provided when Baptisms are conducted, typicaliy a few times a year. <br />When not is use the Baptistery shali be covered and secured. Access shall temporary and <br />portable it shall include lwo risers, one handrail, 36" landing and shall be 36" in width. See <br />revised plans. <br />s. Completed <br />7. Completed <br />8.
