® Stantec <br /> August 6,2019 <br /> Page 12 of 14 <br /> Task 900 Project Management <br /> Project Management includes work associated with coordination, control, monitoring,scheduling, <br /> quality assurance, progress reporting, invoicing, and any other activities required to deliver the project. <br /> Stantec will prepare a Project Management Plan (PMP)outlining the project objectives, deliverables, <br /> and work breakdown structure. <br /> Subtask 900.001 Project Schedule <br /> A detailed project schedule will be developed and will be used to show the dates to issue the reports <br /> and the critical milestones.The proposed schedule is shown in Attachment 2. <br /> Subtask 900.002 Project Meetings <br /> The following is a list of proposed meetings during the execution of the project. <br /> • Kickoff Meeting <br /> A kickoff meeting will be conducted at the initiation of the project to review the project's <br /> objectives, deliverables, and schedule and PMP with the City's team.Stantec will facilitate the <br /> meeting,which will be held at the WPCF. <br /> • Monthly Project Status Meetings <br /> It is assumed that monthly one-hour conference calls will be held with the City to provide <br /> updates on the status of the project.The Project Manager, Project Engineer, project team <br /> members(as required)will attend these meetings. <br /> • Workshops <br /> Stantec will facilitate nine workshops during execution of the project. Efforts associated with <br /> these workshops are described in their respective tasks. <br /> • Internal Coordination Meetings <br /> Every other week,Stantec team members will have a one-hour coordination meeting to review <br /> project activities,identify concerns and issues,and discuss schedule. <br /> Subtask 900.003 Progress Reporting and Invoicing <br /> A monthly project status report will be submitted together with the Stantec's monthly invoice to the <br /> City.The report will show the project's status relative to budget and schedule,concerns, and changes in <br /> the scope. <br /> Subtask 900.004 Quality Management <br /> Stantec will prepare a Quality Management Plan (QMP)for assuring the quality of the work including <br /> appropriate activity initiation, execution,and review steps.The QMP shall include quality <br /> assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures for project's deliverables. <br /> The QC team will review all deliverables at each milestone prior to submission to the City for review and <br /> approval. <br /> Final documents must also have an independent review conducted and signed by the independent <br /> reviewer prior to issuance. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Project Management Plan <br />
