The backfill material, <br /> 5 including container and root ball soil, shall be thoroughly watered on the <br /> I 6 same day that planting occurs regardless of season. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 When installing plants, the Contractor shall dig planting holes three times the <br /> 9 diameter of the container or root ball size. Any glazed surface of the planting hole <br /> I 10 shall be roughened prior to planting. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 8-02.3(8)C Pruning, Staking, Guying, and Wrapping <br /> I 13 Plants shall be pruned at the time of planting, only to remove minor broken or <br /> 14 damaged twigs, branches or roots. The state or provincial seed dealer license and endorsements. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 2. Copies of Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) test results on <br /> 31 each lot of seed.
