I <br /> 1 Payment of 15 percent of the unit Contractpriceper each when the plant <br /> 2 materials have been contracted, propagated, and are growing under nursery <br /> 3 conditions. The Contractor shall provide the Engineer with certification that the <br /> 4 plant material has been procured or contracted for delivery to the project for <br /> 5 planting within the time limits of the project. The certification shall state the <br /> 6 location, quantity, and size of all material. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 Payment will be increased to 100 percent of the unit Contract price per each for <br /> 9 contracted plant material at the completion of the initial planting. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 All partial payments shall be limited to the actual number of healthy vigorous <br /> 12 plants that meet the stage requirements, limited to plan quantity. Previous partial <br /> 13 payments made for materials rejected or missing will be deducted from future <br /> 14 payments due the Contractor. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 "PSIPE ", per each. <br /> 17 The unit Contract price for "PSIPE ", per each, shall be full pay for all Work <br /> 18 necessary to perform as specified within the planting area for weed control and <br /> 19 planting area preparation, planting, cleanup, and water necessary to complete planting <br /> 20 operations as specified to the end of first year plant establishment. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 As the plants that include plant establishment are obtained, propagated, and grown, <br /> 23 partial payments will be made as follows after inspection by the Engineer: <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Payment of 5 percent of the unit Contract price, per each, when the plant <br /> 26 materials have been contracted, propagated, and are growing under nursery <br /> 27 conditions. The Contractor shall provide the Engineer with certification that the <br /> 28 plant material has been procured or contracted for delivery to the project for <br /> 29 planting within the time limits of the project. The certification shall state the <br /> I <br /> 30 location, quantity, and size of all material. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Payment will be increased to 15 percent of the unit Contract price, per each, upon <br /> 33 completion of the initial weed control and planting area preparation Work. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Payment will be increased to 60 percent of the unit Contract price per each for the <br /> 36 contracted plant material in a designated unit area when planted. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Payment will be increased to 70 percent of the unit Contract price per each for <br /> 39 contracted plant material at the completion of the initial planting. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Payment will be increased to the appropriate percentage upon reaching the <br /> 42 following plant establishment milestones: <br /> 43 <br /> 44 June 30th 80 percent <br /> 45 <br /> 46 September 30th 90 percent <br /> 47 <br /> 48 Completion of first-year plant establishment or after all 100 percent <br /> 49 replacement plants have been installed, whichever is <br /> 50 later. <br /> 51 <br /> City of Everett Page AM-106 Amendments <br /> I <br /> Everett Station 80 Stall Parking Expansion June 2019 <br /> I <br />
