The Contractor's report shall be provided on <br /> 9 WSDOT Form 350-075A, Recycled Materials Reporting. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 1-06.6(1)A General <br /> 12 Item 1(a) in the second paragraph is revised to read: <br /> 13 <br /> 14 a. The estimated costs for the Work for each material with 25 percent recycled concrete <br /> 15 aggregate. The Contractor <br /> 30 shall provide copies of the permit or verification letter to all subcontractors involved with the <br /> 31 authorized work prior to their commencement of any work in waters of the U.S. <br /> 32111 <br /> 33 1-07.5(6) U.S. Fish/Wildlife Services and National Marine Fisheries Service <br /> 34 The Contracting Agency will provide fish exclusion and handling services if the Work <br /> 35 dictates.
