When a violation of the Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSWGP) <br /> 6 occurs, immediately notify the Engineer and fill out WSDOT Form 422-011, , <br /> 7 Contractor ECAP Report, and submit the form to the Engineer within 48 hours of <br /> 8 the violation. <br /> 9 <br /> I <br /> 10 7. Submit copies of all correspondence with Ecology electronically to the Engineer in <br /> 20 a PDF format within four calendar days. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 1-07.5(4) Air Quality <br /> 23 This section is revised to read: <br /> 24 <br /> 25 The Contractor shall comply with all regional clean air authority and/or State Department of <br /> 26 Ecology rules and regulations. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 The air quality permit process may include additional State Environment Policy Act (SEPA) <br /> 29 requirements.
