I <br /> 1 responsibility therefore and in no way will be held liable for any defects in the Work which I <br /> 2 may result from or be caused by use of such plan or method or Work. <br /> 3 <br /> I <br /> 4 1-05.19(2) Meetings with City <br /> 5 The Contractor shall have its duly authorized representative attend periodic informational <br /> 6 meetings with the City's Representative and City staff, as reasonably required by the City. t <br /> 7 <br /> 8 The Contractor, City, and City's Representative shall meet as often as determined by the <br /> 9 City's Representative, but no less often than once each month. The purpose of the meeting <br /> I <br /> 10 is to review Project status in relation to the construction schedule; review value of Work <br /> 11 completed during the previous month; and, if applicable, review the Contractor's plans to <br /> 12 return Project status to that required by the schedule. If requested by the City or City's <br /> 13 Representative, the Contractor shall submit a written progress report within five (5) days <br /> 14 following this meeting, comprising: <br /> 15 <br /> 16 1. The current construction schedule indicating percent complete, actual completion or <br /> I <br /> 17 start dates since the previous review, the estimated remaining duration for each <br /> 18 activity in progress, Schedule of Values update, and narrative summary. <br /> 19 2. Reasons any activities are behind schedule and the corrective steps being taken. t <br /> 20 <br /> 21 1-05.19(3) Cooperation with Others <br /> 22 The Contractor agrees to permit entry to the site of the Work by the City, its employees or <br /> I <br /> 23 other Contractors performing Work on behalf of the City. The Contractor shall afford to the <br /> 24 City, other Contractors and their employees, reasonable facilities and cooperation and shall <br /> 25 arrange its Work and dispose of its materials in such a manner as to not interfere with the <br /> 26 activities of the City or of others upon the site of Work. The Contractor shall promptly make <br /> I <br /> 27 good any Contractor-caused injury or damage to persons or property that may be sustained <br /> 28 by other Contractors or employees of the City. The Contractor shall join its Work to that of <br /> 29 others and perform its Work in proper sequence in relation to that of others. <br /> I <br /> 30 <br /> 31 If requested by the Contractor, the City will arrange meetings with other Contractors <br /> 32 performing Work on behalf of the City to plan coordination of construction activities. The <br /> 33 Contractor shall inform itself of the planned activities of other Contractors and will <br /> 34 coordinate its Work with the other Contractors. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 The Contractor shall notify the City of problems, interference or any difficulty with other <br /> I <br /> 37 Contractors or workers engaged by the City. The Notice shall be sufficiently prompt and <br /> 38 specific so as to allow the City to mitigate or avoid increased costs, time of performance, <br /> 39 damages or injury. The Contractor's failure to provide such Notice in a timely way shall be ' <br /> 40 deemed a waiver and release of any and all Contract Claims relating to, arising out of, or <br /> 41 caused by, any alleged interference, difficulty or problem with another Contractor or worker <br /> 42 engaged by the City. <br /> I <br /> 43 <br /> 44 1-05.20 Record Drawings <br /> 45 The New Section 1-05.20 is added as follows: <br /> 46 1 47 1-05.20(1) Description <br /> 48 This Section specifies the requirements for preparing Record Drawings.
