I <br /> I1 Drawings during the course of construction. The Record Drawings shall be kept up to date <br /> 2 at all times during the course of construction. <br /> 13 <br /> 4 The Inspector will verify the Record Drawings are accurate and complete before accepting <br /> 5 the Contractors monthly pay request. If the Record Drawings are not current or accurate, <br /> I <br /> 6 the pay request will not be processed. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 As the Contract approaches Final Acceptance, the Inspector and the Contractor shall <br /> 9 prepare a complete and accurate set of Record Drawings. The Inspector must approve the <br /> I10 Record Drawings prior to Final Acceptance. Final Acceptance will not be issued until <br /> 11 the Record Drawings have been accepted by the City. <br /> 12 <br /> I <br /> 13 1-05.20(2) Recording Changes <br /> 14 A. As a minimum, record the following items on the Record Drawings: <br /> 15 <br /> I 16 1. Actual dimensions, arrangement and materials used when different than <br /> 17 shown on the Drawings. <br /> 18 2. Changes made by Change Order or Field Order. <br /> 1 19 3. Changes made by the Contractor. <br /> 20 4. Horizontal and vertical locations of underground utilities and appurtenances <br /> I <br /> 21 <br /> 22 must be referenced to monumentation. The monumentation must be based <br /> on NAD 83-91 for Horizontal Datum and NAVD 88 for Vertical Datum. <br /> 23 5. Any changes in centerline profile and curb and gutter (top of curb), offsets <br /> I <br /> 24 and elevations. <br /> 25 6. Details or materials used that were not shown on the original Plans. <br /> 26 7. The actual arrangement and routing of conduit, embedded conduit, <br /> I27 raceways and piping relative to its location and proportioned to other Work. <br /> 28 The location needs to be dimensioned on the Record Drawings. <br /> I 29 8. Contractor-prepared piping schematics and diagram Drawings representing <br /> 30 the Equipment orientation. <br /> 31 9. Final location of all surface and subsurface improvements. <br /> I32 10. Record on the Drawings the location of all field run materials. <br /> 33 11. All shoring systems left in place at the end of construction. <br /> I 34 <br /> 35 B. Underground utilities including piping, sewer, manholes, pull boxes, conduit, direct <br /> 36 buried wire, foundations, Equipment and obstructions found during construction must <br /> 37 be shown accurately on the Record Drawings. Show the actual size of all utilities and <br /> 38 Structures and types of material used. Locate all Record Drawing items by survey <br /> 39 coordinates or dimensioned off NAD 83-91 for Horizontal Datum and NAVD 88 for <br /> 40 Vertical Datum. Minimum requirements for accuracy are specified in the following chart. <br /> I 41 <br /> Description Horizontal Elevation Notes <br /> Location <br /> I Gravity sewer and Coordinates, <br /> drain lines stations, and I.E. 0.01 ft.
