I <br /> • <br /> 1 8-01.4(1) Lump Sum Bid for Project (No Unit Items) I <br /> 2 When the Bid Proposal contains the item "Erosion Control and Water Pollution Prevention" <br /> 3 there will be no measurement of unit or force account items for Work defined in Section 8- ' <br /> 4 01 except as described in Sections 8-01.4(3) and 8-01.4(4). Also, except as described in <br /> 5 Section 8-01.4(3), all of Sections 8-01.4(2) and 8-01.5(2) are deleted. <br /> 6 1 7 8-01.4(2) Item Bids <br /> 8 When the Proposal does not contain the items "Erosion Control and Water Pollution <br /> 9 Prevention", Section 8-01.4(1) and 8-01.5(1) are deleted and the Bid Proposal will contain <br /> I <br /> 10 some or all of the following items measured as noted. <br /> 11 <br /> 12 ESC lead will be measured per day for each day that an inspection is made and a <br /> 13 report is filed. <br /> I <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Erosion control blanket and plastic covering will be measured by the square yard along <br /> 16 the ground slope line of surface area covered and accepted. <br /> I <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Turbidity curtains will be measured by the linear foot along the ground line of the <br /> 19 installed curtain. <br /> I <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Check dams will be measured per linear foot one time only along the ground line of the <br /> 22 completed check dam. No additional measurement will be made for check dams that <br /> 23 are required to be rehabilitated or replaced due to wear. <br /> I <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Stabilized construction entrances will be measured by the square yard by ground slope <br /> 26 measurement for each entrance constructed. <br /> I <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Tire wash facilities will be measured per each for each tire wash installed. <br /> 29 <br /> I <br /> 30 Street cleaning will be measured by the hour for the actual time spent cleaning <br /> 31 pavement, refilling with water, dumping and transport to and from cleaning locations <br /> 32 within the project limits, as authorized by the Engineer.
