Progress payments for the lump sum item "Erosion Control and <br /> I 39 Water Pollution Prevention" will be made as follows: <br /> 40 <br /> 41 1. The Contracting Agency will pay 15 percent of the bid amount for the initial <br /> 42 set up for the item. Initial set up includes the following: <br /> I 43 <br /> 44 a.
