I 26 27 8-01.5 Payment 28 This section's content is deleted and replaced with the following new subsections: I 29 30 8-01.5(1) Lump Sum Bid for Project (No Unit Items) 31 Payment will be made for the following Bid item when it is included in the Proposal: 32 I 33 "Erosion Control and Water Pollution Prevention", lump sum. 34 35 The lump sum Contract price for "Erosion Control and Water Pollution Prevention" shall I 36 37 be full pay to perform the Work as described in Section 8-01 except for costs compensated by Bid Proposal items inserted through Contract Provisions as described 38 in Section 8-01.4(2). Progress payments for the lump sum item "Erosion Control and I 39 Water Pollution Prevention" will be made as follows: 40 41 1.
