City of Everett 01 11 00 - 3 <br /> 3600 Smith Street Clean Up <br /> 1.6 CODES AND STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS <br /> ' A. All construction shall be in accordance with the International Building Code, Current <br /> Adopted Edition. <br /> ' B. All construction shall be in accordance with the Uniform Mechanical Code, and the <br /> Uniform Plumbing Code, latest editions. <br /> ' C. All construction shall be in conformance with the WSDOT/APWA Standard <br /> Specifications and Standard Plans, latest edition. <br /> D. All construction shall be in conformance with the City of Everett Design and Construction <br /> ' Standards and Specifications, latest edition. <br /> E. All work shall comply with applicable requirements of Snohomish County. <br /> F. Any material specified by reference to the number, symbol, or title of a specified <br /> standards, such as Commercial Standard Federal Specifications, a trade association <br /> standard, or other similar standard, shall comply with the requirements of the latest <br /> revision thereof, and any amendment or supplement thereto in effect on the date of <br /> Invitation for Bids, except as limited to type, class or grade, or modified in such <br /> references. All work shall conform to the standard referred to, except as modified in <br /> ' these specifications and the drawings. <br /> 1.7 CONTRACTOR'S USE OF PREMISES <br /> A. The Contractor shall assume full responsibility for protection and safekeeping of products <br /> under this Contract. <br /> B. The Contractor shall obtain and pay for use of additional storage for work areas needed <br /> for operations. <br /> 1.8 CHECKING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> A. PRIOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS: The Contractor shall report any discrepancies or <br /> omissions in the plans and/or specifications to the Architect for a decision prior to the <br /> ' Submission of Bids. <br /> B.
