City of Everett 01 31 13 - 2 <br /> 3600 Smith Street Clean Up <br /> 1.7 The Contractor shall be responsible for the adequacy, efficiency and sufficiency of <br /> subcontractors, manufacturers, suppliers and their employees. <br /> 1.8 Contractor shall be responsible for the adequacy, efficiency and sufficiency of its <br /> employees. Workers shall have sufficient knowledge, skill and experience to perform <br /> properly the work assigned to them. <br /> 1.9 Coordination between adjacent business that utilize the adjoining alley and easement <br /> shall be thru the owner. Every effort shall be made to reduce the impact of this project <br /> to any adjacent business. Access thru the alley and easement is critical throughout this <br /> project. ' <br /> 1.10 The contractor shall coordinate and work with the artists whom are performing work on <br /> the owners' behalf. <br /> 1.11 All tenants operating and performing business on the construction site shall be kept ' <br /> appraised of the work that is commencing.
