City of Everett 01 31 19 - 1 <br /> 3600 Smith Street Clean Up <br /> SECTION 01 31 19 - PROJECT MEETINGS <br /> ' <br /> PART 1 - GENERAL <br /> 1 .1 PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING <br /> ' A. After award of the Contract, Engineer will schedule a pre-construction conference at a <br /> date and time mutually agreeable to all concerned parties. Conference will be held at <br /> Client Agency's office. Engineer will conduct conference, record minutes, and issue <br /> ' copies thereof to all in attendance. <br /> B. Attendance: Owner, Client Agency, Engineer, Engineer's consultants as requested by <br /> Engineer will be in attendance. Require attendance by Contractor's project manager <br /> and job superintendent, mechanical Subcontractor, electrical Subcontractor, and other <br /> Subcontractors, Suppliers, and parties interested in the performance of the Work as <br /> ' necessary. <br /> C. Purpose: Purpose of the conference is to introduce all primary parties involved in the <br /> construction of the Project and to review procedures to be followed during construction. <br /> Discussion will follow detail Project Manual requirements including, but not limited to: <br /> 1. Project Directory: <br /> a. Project number and title. <br /> b. Names, telephone numbers, and facsimile transmission (FAX) numbers of <br /> the following: <br /> 1) Owner and Client Agency. <br /> ' 2) Contractor. <br /> 3) Engineer and Engineer's design team. <br /> c. Names of project managers, superintendents, and foremen and <br /> ' accompanying telephone and FAX numbers for the following: <br /> 1) Contractor. <br /> 2) Contractor's Subcontractors. <br /> ' 2. Communications: <br /> a. Channel of communications. <br /> b. Requirements for use of Project identification. <br /> c. Instructions to Contractor. <br /> ' d. Oral conversations and requirements for written backup. <br /> e. Appropriate Contractor-Owner and Contractor-Client Agency <br /> communication. <br /> f. Requests for information from Contractor to Engineer or to Owner or Client <br /> Agency. <br /> 3. Submittal Data: <br /> ' a. List of Subcontractors and Suppliers. <br /> b. Submittals. <br /> c.
