Seeding in lieu <br /> 27 of sodding will not be allowed. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Seed placed by hand shall be raked into the soil. Following raking. the seeded <br /> 30 soil shall be rolled with a smooth 50-pound roller. Sod strips shall be placed <br /> 31 within 48 hours of being cut. Placement shall be without voids and have the end <br /> 32 joints staggered.
