Seeding in lieu 27 of sodding will not be allowed. 28 29 Seed placed by hand shall be raked into the soil. Following raking. the seeded 30 soil shall be rolled with a smooth 50-pound roller. Sod strips shall be placed 31 within 48 hours of being cut. Placement shall be without voids and have the end 32 joints staggered.
