City of Everett 00 41 13 - 1 <br /> ' South Precinct Roof Replacement <br /> SECTION 00 41 13 - BID FORM <br /> ' TO: CITY OF EVERETT <br /> CITY CLERK'S OFFICE <br /> ' CITY HALL (Wall Street Building) <br /> 2930 WETMORE AVENUE <br /> EVERETT, WA 98201 <br /> 1 <br /> PROJECT: SOUTH PRECINCT ROOF REPLACEMENT <br /> 1 <br /> Having carefully examined the Advertisement for Bids, the Project Manual/Specifications, and <br /> the Drawings dated 6/14/2019, and having familiarized ourselves with the premises and <br /> ' conditions affecting the work, the undersigned proposes to perform all work required by the <br /> above-named documents for the following amount: <br /> BASE BID: (Figures) $ 372,186.00 <br /> Bidder agrees that the base bid above does not include Washington State Sales Tax, local <br /> sales tax or county business and occupation tax. <br /> 1. SALES TAX <br /> The above total amount of"Base Bid" and "Alternate Bids"(if any) do not include <br /> Washington State Sales Tax. The sales tax on taxable items will be added to the total <br /> contract price of the successful bidder. <br /> 2. OVERHEAD AND PROFIT <br /> "Base Bid" includes overhead, profit, performance and payment bonds, and all other <br /> expenses involved whatsoever. <br /> 3. TIME FOR COMPLETION <br /> Undersigned hereby agrees to begin work immediately after receiving Owner's letter of <br /> ' Notice to Proceed and to reach Substantial Completion within the dates required under the <br /> Contract Documents. In the event the project is not completed on or before required time <br /> periods, Bidder shall pay liquidated damages to the City as stated in the Contract (Section <br /> 005213). <br /> 4. The undersigned, as Bidder, declares that it will contract with the Owner using the Contract <br /> form provided herewith, on the terms and conditions contained herein, to do everything <br /> necessary for construction of the project complete. <br /> 5. Undersigned agrees that the following shall form a part of this Bid: Bid Form and all <br /> ' supplemental submittals provided at the direction of the Owner or Owner's Representative. <br /> 00 41 13 - 1 BID FORM <br /> 1 <br />
