8. All mast type services penetrating the roof of a building shall <br /> have an all lead flashing or other material approved by the Electrical <br /> Inspector. <br /> 1 ',' 9. Underground service of a direct burial installation shall h'e a <br /> minimum size of 200 amperes capacity. <br /> 2 <br /> 10. Neutral conductor shall be Type R or equal insulation rating. <br /> 3 <br /> 11. The minimum size service conduit, other than special duty <br /> 4 ljservices, shall be 1 '. <br /> 5 12.
