The permit shall automatically terminate whenever the applicant <br /> fails to have in full force and effect a valid unexpired license as required <br /> by the Laws of the State of Washington. <br /> All work done shall be under the direct supervision and responsi- <br /> 1 bility of the person to whom the permit has been granted. <br /> 2 This permit may be revoked by the City Electrical Inspector in event <br /> he finds that any material statement made in such application is false. Re- <br /> 3 placement of broken electri-cal fixtures, when such fixtures conform to regu- <br /> lations contained in this ordinance, shall not require a permit. <br /> 4 <br /> The City Electrical inspector may grant a permit to the owner of a <br /> 5 single family dwelling, occupied by him, to make installation of electrical <br /> ', equipment if said work is to be done only by said applicant, without requir- <br /> 6 ing said applicant to have in full force and effect a valid license as re- <br /> quired by the Laws of the State of Washington. Such permit shall not give <br /> 7 H to the owner the right to have other persons make such installation. <br /> 8 .�" No permit shall be issued to any person, firmor corporation for <br /> any work covered by this ordinance when previous work covered by this ordinance <br /> 9 has not been completed and accepted in accordance with this ordinance. <br /> 10 1 All permits issued hereunder shall be for a period of 90 days. The <br /> City Electrical Inspector, upon request, shall extend said permit for an <br /> 11 additional period of time if it shall appear that said work could not reason- <br /> ably have been completed within the time prescribed in the permit. Whenever <br /> 12 a permit shall have expired and not have been extended, re-application and <br /> payment of permit fees as herein required shall be made before a new permit <br /> 13 is granted. <br /> 14 Section 10: FEES. Every person doing work under the provisions of <br /> this ordinance shall, before permit is issued, pay to the City Treasurer the <br /> 15 H following fees: <br /> 16 ' No permit shall be issued to any one person for less than One ($1.00 <br /> Dollar. <br /> 17 ' <br /> (a) FEES FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION,: <br /> 18 1; Temporary service $ 2.00 <br /> 100 amp service 12.00 <br /> 19 � Not more than 150 amp service 15.00 <br /> Not more than 200 amp service 18.00 <br /> 20 Not more than 300 amp service 25.00 <br /> j. No.t more than 400 amp service 35.00 <br /> 21 Services in excess of 400 amps shall be $35.00 plus $1.00 <br /> per circuit in excess of 35 circuits. <br /> 22 <br /> (b) FEES FOR ALTERED, RELOCATED SERVICES AND FEEDERS: <br /> 23 Not more than 100 amp $ 3.00 <br /> Not more than 150 amp 5.00 <br /> 24 Not more than 200 amp 7.00 <br /> Not more than 300 amp 12.00 <br /> 25 Not more than 400 amp 17.00 <br /> All over 400 amps 20.00 <br /> 26 <br /> 27 (c) FEES FOR ALTERATIONS, EXTENSIONS OR RELOCATIONS WHERE NO <br /> SERVICE CHANGE IS REQUIRED: <br /> 28 Each circuit involved $ 1.00 <br /> One to ten outlets, switches or receptacles 1.00 <br /> 29 Electrical signs permanently connected $1.00 per circuit <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 -5- <br />
