Minimum Requirement #1: Stormwater Site Plan Preparation A Stormwater Site Plan (SSP) shall be prepared for city review and approval. The project creates or adds 2,000 square feet, or greater, of new, replaced, or total of new plus replaced impervious surface area, therefore the project must comply with minimum requirements #1 through #5. This stormwater site plan has been created to comply with this requirement. Minimum Requirement #2: Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention All new development and redevelopment projects are responsible for preventing the erosion and discharge of sediment and other pollutants into receiving waters during construction. The project creates or adds 2,000 square feet, or greater, of new, replaced, or total of new plus replaced impervious surface area, therefore the project must comply with minimum requirements #1 through #5. Additionally, all new development and redevelopment shall comply with minimum requirement #2. This stormwater site plan addresses Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention; see Section IV for more information. Minimum Requirement #3: Source Control of Pollution All known, available and reasonable source control BMPs shall be applied to the project. Source control BMPs shall be selected, designed, and maintained according to Volume IV of the Manual The project creates or adds 2,000 square feet, or greater, of new, replaced, or total of new plus replaced impervious surface area, therefore the project must comply with minimum requirements #1 through #5. This stormwater site plan addresses Source Control of Pollution; see Section V for more information. Minimum Requirement #4: Preservation of Natural Drainage Systems and Outfalls Natural drainage patterns (to the maximum extent possible) shall be maintained and the manner in which the runoff is discharged from the project site must not cause significant adverse impact to downstream receiving waters and/or down gradient properties.
