Seattle,Washington <br /> >t = A , , T 206.522.www.pacla9510nd.com <br /> TURNING VISIONS INTO REALITY <br /> Minimum Requirements <br /> Below is a brief discussion of the minimum requirements and whether or not they apply to <br /> the project. <br /> Minimum Requirement #1: Stormwater Site Plan Preparation <br /> A Stormwater Site Plan (SSP) shall be prepared for city review and approval. <br /> The project creates or adds 2,000 square feet, or greater, of new, replaced, or total of new <br /> plus replaced impervious surface area, therefore the project must comply with minimum <br /> requirements #1 through #5. <br /> This stormwater site plan has been created to comply with this requirement. <br /> Minimum Requirement #2: Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention <br /> All new development and redevelopment projects are responsible for preventing the <br /> erosion and discharge of sediment and other pollutants into receiving waters during <br /> construction. <br /> The project creates or adds 2,000 square feet, or greater, of new, replaced, or total of new <br /> plus replaced impervious surface area, therefore the project must comply with minimum <br /> requirements #1 through #5. Additionally, all new development and redevelopment shall <br /> comply with minimum requirement #2. <br /> This stormwater site plan addresses Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention; see <br /> Section IV for more information. <br /> Minimum Requirement #3: Source Control of Pollution <br /> All known, available and reasonable source control BMPs shall be applied to the project. <br /> Source control BMPs shall be selected, designed, and maintained according to Volume IV <br /> of the Manual <br /> The project creates or adds 2,000 square feet, or greater, of new, replaced, or total of new <br /> plus replaced impervious surface area, therefore the project must comply with minimum <br /> requirements #1 through #5. <br /> This stormwater site plan addresses Source Control of Pollution; see Section V for more <br /> information. <br /> Minimum Requirement #4: Preservation of Natural Drainage Systems and Outfalls <br /> Natural drainage patterns (to the maximum extent possible) shall be maintained and the <br /> manner in which the runoff is discharged from the project site must not cause significant <br /> adverse impact to downstream receiving waters and/or down gradient properties. <br /> Additional storm water flow control measures may be required if the downstream drainage <br /> courses are inadequate or systems are undersized, or when, in the opinion of the City, <br /> property or properties may be adversely affected by the existing and/or proposed <br /> Everett Mall Plaza Parcel Ill Retail Expansion Stormwater Site Plan Page 5 <br />
